APPOINTMENT: I appoint Six.studio for the Deployment of Outreach activities for my Company, and authorise Six.studio to access the necessary information (including sensible online account login details) to prepare and complete the task required. I declare that the information provided is true and correct and I am authorised to make this statement.

MARKETING BUDGET: All prices listed exclude live expenses such as photography purchase, video editing, advertising budget, publishing fee, copywriting, etc. | Advertising budget agreed upon marketing planning conclusion.

ACCESS: I would like Six.studio to access Admin dashboard on my website, on google and manage DNS records on my behalf. I authorise access to both the Web Editor and Domain records, and authorise Six.studio to make changes in accordance with the project's scope.

SECURITY: I understand that Six.studio will access my website editor and domain DNS records, to optimise settings, index the site on google, connect payment gateway, and upgrade (upon request only) required Apps/Plugins/Subscriptions. Subsequently, Six.studio will only access Admin's Panel upon my (client) request. I understand that Six.studio will never share this information to non-related third parties unless expressly authorised by me

Six.studio will use sample imagery or text. Additional changes may attract budget adjustments.

BUSINESS CONTENT: I agree to provide business relevant content prior to commencement of the project. i.e.: products/services descriptions - photography - team profiles. I understand that providing additional content following project commencment will require a Design Budget adjustment.

PAYMENT TERMS: strictly 100% upfront / monthly

LATE PAYMENTS: An automatic monthly 4% surcharge will be added for denied or late payments.

DIRECT DEBIT: I authorise regularly scheduled charges to my credit card. I will be charged the amount indicated above each billing period. I understand that a receipt for each payment will be provided to me and the charge will appear on my credit card statement. I agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case I will receive notice from Six.studio at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.

DIRECT DEBIT: I authorise Six.studio to charge my Credit/Debit card on the 1st day of each month, and for the duration of this agreement.

DIRECT DEBIT: I understand that this authorisation will remain in effect for the minimum duration as stated by agreed terms, and I agree to notify Six.studio in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorisation at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. I acknowledge that the origination of Credit/Debit Card transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of Local law. I certify that I am an authorised user of this Credit/Debit Card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorisation form.
